Prayer Room

Our Surau Abu Hurairah warmly welcomes individuals to take a moment to connect with your spirituality or simply rest in a relaxing atmosphere. It is located near Dataran Dato' Ismail Hutson and The Wild Restaurant.

Zoo Hut

There are a number of zoo huts around the zoo for you and your family to have a break.

Wheelchair

A wheelchair service on a first-come, first-served basis is available at Information Counter B. Priority is given to pregnant women, people with disabilities and the elderly. The rental fee is RM10.60, with a refundable deposit of RM50.00 required.

Umbrella

Umbrella rental is available at Information Counter B on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee is RM9.65. A refundable deposit of RM10.00 is required.

Stroller

Baby stroller service is available at Information Counter B on a first-come, first-served basis. The service is only available for children aged 1–3 years old, with a maximum weight of 18 kg. The rental fee is RM21.20. A refundable deposit of RM50.00 is required.

Electronic Lockers

Multiple entry electronic lockers are available at the Ticket Counter for storage of personal belongings. Only e-wallets and cards accepted.
