Adopt Our Animals

• Upon successful registration, you will receive an attached Ticket2U e-ticket via your registered email address. If you did not receive the Ticket2U e-ticket, please check your spam/junk box
• Kindly download and present a printed hard copy Ticket2U e-ticket at the Zoo Negara Ticketing Counter upon arrival to claim the Zoo Voucher [wrist band(s)] and complementary pack, if eligible. We do not accept soft copy. For RM25 Adoption package is entitled to the e-certificate only. It cannot be accumulated to redeem for zoo voucher(s).
• Printed Ticket2U e-ticket may not be transferred to other individuals, e-ticket owners or representatives must present a MyKad/valid passport for validation during redemption at Zoo Negara Ticketing Counter.

Self-Collection

• To collect your admission ticket, you need to bring along a printed copy of your e-ticket together with your MyKad/valid passport.

Collection on Behalf

• You may appoint a representative to collect your Zoo adoption reward (admission ticket, notepad, etc.) on your behalf. The representative must present the following:
  - Printed/Softcopy of Donor's e-Ticket, and
  - Printed/Softcopy of Donor's MyKad/valid passport.

**Kindly download "Adoption an animal e-certificate" at Ticket2U by keying in your unique Ticket Number under the QR Code.

The RM50 / RM100 / RM200 / RM400 / RM500 / RM700 / RM900 / RM1000 Adoption package, redemption for Ticket2U e-ticket at Zoo Negara Ticketing Counter.
