Assistant Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor service quality, conduct inspections and audits, address customer complaints, identify issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and prepare weekly reports on audits, customer queries, rejects, rework, improvement activities and overall service performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Graduate Diploma in Financial/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Familiar with financial policy and procedures, full sets of account and data analysis.
  • Good in Malay and English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, analytical and critical thinking in problem solving approaches.
  • Good in time management and planning.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, good working attitude, willing to learn new things.
