7.) If the project be cancelled, do I get a refund?

No, there will be no refund for any cancellation.

8.) Does the package include meals?

No, but we will provide snack break which is a bun and mineral water for each participant.

9.) How many people can participate in the program?

It depends on the packages. The minimum participants are 10 pax for all packages and the maximum capacity is as follows:

-  Green project : 30 pax
-  Groom project : 30 pax
-  Grow project : 60 pax
-  Glow project : 60 pax

10.) Will there be a price reduction for the package if my number of participants is only at the minimum number (10 pax)?

The prices of the packages are fixed. Therefore you still need to pay according to the package.

11.) What is the minimum age to join the program?

The minimum age to participate in this program is 18 years old.

12.) Do we need to bring any equipment and tools?

No. We will provide all the equipment and tools needed for the activities.

13.) Do all participants do the same tasks?

No. We will divide your participants into small groups for the distribution of required tasks.

14.) Will our assignment involve working in entire the zoo?

No. We will assign you to a specific section or location based on the needs and availability of your activities.

15.) Can I choose any section or any place in the zoo for the project?

Zoo Negara will propose the location for your team as it is subject to project needs and availability.
