Zoo Negara Malaysia welcomes production houses, media organisations, and individuals to use selected areas of the zoo as filming and photography locations, subject to approval and established guidelines. All activities are managed by the Public Relations and Marketing Department to ensure minimal disruption to zoo operations, animal welfare, and visitor experience.

Filming Packages
Zoo Negara Malaysia offers structured filming packages tailored for documentaries, television programmes, commercials, digital content and other professional productions. Each package includes designated filming hours, logistical support and controlled access within the zoo to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated filming process while maintaining the safety and well-being of animals and visitors.

Package Include
- 2 hours of photoshoot (day only)
- 1 hour transportation around the Zoo
- Photo session with animals during Animal Appearance

Terms & Conditions
- All filming and photography requests must be submitted via email at least one (1) week before the proposed filming or photoshoot date.
- Full payment must be made one (1) week before the confirmed filming or photography date.
- Filming package rates are separate from and do not include the Zoo Negara Malaysia entry ticket.
- All activities are subject to approval, availability and compliance with Zoo Negara Malaysia's guidelines and regulations.
